- One-story home: Minimum of 1250 square feet per dwelling unit
- Multi-story home: Minimum of 1500 square feet per dwelling unit
Q: Are homeowners free to choose any builder?
A: Yes. To maintain high quality and consistency, the Developer established an Architectural Review Board to review and approve plans.
Q: What's the price range for these homes?
A: Prices vary based on size and luxury amenities but reflect exceptional quality throughout.
Q: How many homes will there be?
A: A maximum of nine.
Q: Can I reserve a home or building site now?
A: Yes, with a $5,000 refundable deposit a buyer can hold a lot during contractual discussions with the builder. A non-refundable deposit is required upon Purchase Agreement execution.
Q: Is it possible to buy a homesite now and build later?
A: When entering the contract a commencement date for construction will be agreed to and approved by the review committee. The commencement date should not be more than 3 years. Once construction has started it must be completed with 1 year.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are allowed on the property, but there are specific guidelines and restrictions in place found in the master deed and bylaws.
